Students will learn and practice how to develop conceptual artistic ideas for the project. Humans tend to think in multi-dimensional ways. One idea can trigger many new ideas. Typical way of thinking is LINEAR (as paragraphs, notes, textbook…). We will learn how to think and organize our ideas in a radiant way using a MIND MAP.
Students should come prepared by having observed places of interest in Viana do Castelo which would deserve an artistic attention. They can think ahead of time how to promote such places by artistic interventions.

Professional artist and a university lecturer with over 12 years of teaching experience at international universities in Prague, Czech Republic. With a conceptual method and often a participatory element, she deals with the world in which we live, its commercial and spiritual aspects, approaching things from the point of view of ethics, aesthetics and poetics.
In my teaching, I try to implement my active artistic experience from local, as well as international art projects and shows at prestigeous galleries. My experience from the advertising and marketing sector enables me to combine 25 years of creative and strategic work in top advertising agencies in Canada and the Czech Republic into my teaching practice with practical examples and relevant projects from the real environment.
